FTP for June 17th.

Took a hike with my wife this morning. Here comes a cache dump. Trying to get them published together to save multiple trips for those that want FTF.

Boom. Dump finished. Interrupted by two surprises. One of our old hens died. Not sure why, but she didn’t die today, so it wasn’t pleasant. One the other side, a chick we were not expecting popped out of the coop with her mom. Mom decided she doesn’t want kids, just likes making them. Looking for someone that wants a brand new chick because we have more than enough birds.

Cleaned the coops completely along with the duck kiddy pool. Birds are happy. Wife is happy. Daughter is happy even though she lost one of her favorites. I almost convinced my wife to head north to do some caching instead of placing caches today, but I’m still happy.

I don’t know??? Considering we haven’t attending a social event in 10 years except for a quick pop in at the Chili Feed in Point this year, I don’t know? We did a few when we lived in New Richmond before we headed west. That’s where we met Zuma! and Jodibee and a few others I don’t think have ever posted on here.

Gotcha! I have been in New Richmond since mid 2006 and in Geocaching since Spring 2013.

Interesting that my only Noonan sighting so far was all the way out in southern Oregon when we stopped by his place while on our trip to the west coast in 2016.  A year later he was back in Wisconsin and living less than ten miles from us, and while he and his family have moved a couple of times since then, this fall Noonan will be starting his seventh year of teaching at the local high school about two miles from my place. I still haven’t spotted him in Sandland, but I have enjoyed finding quite a few of the caches he has placed in my neck of the woods.
