Google Chrome's smart-a$$ed "don't say we didn't warn you" messages when downloading files.

When people say "I could care less" when they meant "I could NOT care less."

"I could care less" means you do care.

Who ever decides what limit a credit card has when filling up the gas tank. Um hello! Gas is going up, 75 bucks doesn't fill everyone's tank anymore!

Those plastic folding tables, specifically the plastic pieces that hold the legs during storage...

more specifically that they fail within months and then fall out at the "best" time jamming against something putting in dents, scuff marks, breaking things or just being annoying.

Trying to fill your gas tank in a hurry...

"Debit Card? Y/N."
"Enter Zip Code."
"Use $0.20/gallon reward? Y/N"
"Car Wash today? Y/N"
"Receipt? Y/N?"
"Lift handle"
"Select grade"
"Begin fueling"

Evil or Very Mad

Thank goodness you didn't have to wait while someone checked your oil, washed your window, took cash inside to make change, said welcome / thank you, etc. wink

I don't know Ed, but I think the way you listed might be faster. Because what you need to factor into the first scenario is the 20 seconds or so that lapses between each question because you thought the last question was the last. And when it doesn't begin fueling, then you first figure out there is yet another question. Some may be quicker than I, but I think it takes my brain 20 seconds to figure out the questions are not finished.

All depends how busy the gas station is for me. If there is like a few people, I pump then go inside to pay.

But if there is a lot of people which means I have to wait in line, then I pay at the pump, but generally I find it a lot quicker to go inside and pay.

And why when there are 4 buttons on each side of the screen do they move the Yes / No around and also switch them from one side to the other. Oh wait - I know why. Because If I say "No" to the "Carwash?" question the next question is "Receipt?" and many times I hit "No" by mistake and screw myself out of the receipt.

Finding a cache container replaced with a used dental floss container. Yuk.

GC211AC

Yeah I know we could've gotten to the maintenance sooner but there was no indication in the logs that anything had been "replaced." Double yuk.

Someday when I run the universe I am going to implement "Cosmic Karma." This is my philosophy that any trash that someone throws outside their car window automatically teleports itself to the middle of their living room.

This deserves a 4 year bump.
