Ah, yes... The inefficient cacher... Been there, done that... quite often.

Sorry to hear about Pooh's Pal, though.

Some days are just like that Gywn. We have to roll with the changes, don't we!

And hopefully, Pooh's Pal doesn't pass on Daddy's bug!

Becca ... from past experience, good boots (which I'm sure you have for caching) are needed to keep your feet warm while standing on the pavement. Thirty minutes standing on a playground can cause very cold feet.

Why don't you just dress like you were going caching (minus the burrs) and then you will be comfy.

Sometimes there isn't time to take off all the layers before you need to be where you should have been 5 minutes sooner.

oH YES... the deer are moving lately. Hoping to be done bow hunting this year BEFORE gun hunting opens on the 23 and doesn't close until next year sometime. TOOO many gun hunting options now, not enough bow season.

Yes, but this year you may bow hunt during gun season, as long as you change the color of your wardrobe.

I should have worn boots this morning. I had cold toes in the frozen forest. All I could think about was a chicken and dumpling soup recipe that someone posted on FB. I need to get that ready before the event.

Pooh's Pal is healthy...it's his dad who's sick. Just dropped him at school. He was thrilled to come back here. We brought out some Legos. Very Happy

Went for a run this morning and it was a balmy 20 when I left and 19 when I got back. Legs were pretty cool but core was more than warm. Good thing it's dark because the attire would probably scare normal folks. Haven't found running pants I like so its driwick long johns under the shorts. Thankfully they're black and look like runners tights but I don't think they're going to be effective below 15.
