Also to have a challenge cache published the CO must have met the requirements of the challenge. This is a requirement, but I have seen a few published where the CO had not found the requirements. Usually you will need a list of twice as many qualifying caches as the amount required to find. Eventually someone will hide a power trail along HWY 64 and the challenge will become insignificant.

I don't see where it's required for the CO to have completed the challenge. Just that "Reviewers may ask the geocache owner to demonstrate that they have previously met the challenge and/or that a substantial number of other geocachers would be able to do so."

Sheesh. Here's some random observations:
A. We've been in Nevada for the past 4 days and I had 13 pages of totally useless drivel to catch up with.
B. Although there's no such thing as bad weather (only inappropriate clothing), 50 degrees feels more comfortable than 5 degrees.
C. Happy BD LN
D. Congrats on #90,000 to MGT.
E. This is the first LCG event we missed since we started caching in 2010. Sorry we missed it!
F. I lost $1 in the slot machines here.
G. Why is it that whenever we schedule a vacation here in LV there's no event caches scheduled?
H. I talked with a gal here who does voiceovers for videos, commercials, presentations, etc., from her computer studio at home. For some reason it made me think on Birdin.
I. We went golfing with our two sons today. It was the first time I've golfed since tearing (?) something in my shoulder last September. It looks promising. The shoulder is still a bit sore and I don't have a full range of motion yet, but have learned a lot about stretching properly and think it will be part of my lifestyle from now on.
J. Two Aleve twice in a day helps when golfing but don't tell nurse Kim because three is the suggested maximum for a 24 hour period.
K. I really wanted a piece of page 6,000.
L. Looking forward to the chili feed in Green Bay.

is the world traveler sighing because it was just his jersey or because she is not the one in Miami?

A. Don't you love that!
B. We don't want to hear it!
C. Thanks, but you were late. You must send a gift now!
D. I think he stole that from me, but I am not bitter.
E. Next year!
F. Big stakes!
G. Plan one around your visit! Everyone in Vegas would want to meet you two. I might even attend!
H. Not sure why?
I. Yeah on being with both sons....hope the shoulder heals.
J. Tell Kim what?
K. You snooze, you lose.
L. I will be in Phoenix, Arizona.
