I only work part time, I'm done at 1:00. I hope to eventually have more hours but it is all about who you know in the school system. I figure that my foot is in the door now and hopefully one day I'll get to work more. But even with less hours I'm earning more than at my last job because my wage is higher. Yay!

I started as a parent volunteer and ended up in the office as an aide, after doing the classroom and playground aide routine.

Picked up a book on reserve from the library tonight which caused some interesting discussion at the dinner table. Grow A Pair by Larry Winget. It's a mgmt book so your assumption about the title is probably correct.
