Charter.
They originally scheduled it for 8-10am Tuesday. At that point I informed them that I live on a main road and that said wire was in the road. I also told them that should some vehicle pull this and do any damage to my residence I would hold them responsible.
An hour later I got a phone call that they switched this to "emergency" status and within 3 hours they had it resolved. |

Ha! Our Charter always wants to send out a technician because they won't believe that the problem is in the 30-year-old equipment at their end, since no one else has reported the outage. So then we have to call the three people left in town who have cable to call in the problem with such-and-such a station...
A few years ago they did not consider ESPN going out on a Friday morning urgent enough to get to before Monday... and this was Super Bowl weekend!!! (OK, not as critical as a cable in the road, but come on!)
If our big bur oak tree that blocks any potential signals does't leaf out this spring, we're declaring it dead, having it taken down, and putting up a satellite dish. |

Ah. That 'splains it. It's a CYA thing, so it gets bumped up. |

Looks like the map is catching on and even has some WGA members west of Hwy 13 now, Though there still seems to be a lot of blank area in the NW quarter of the state. You know, north of 64 and west of 13 |
