We are now official volunteer members of the Wisconsin Frog and Toad Survey. We get to go out officially three times a year to identify and count frog/toad calls. The best part is that we get to plan and set up our own permanent route around here (we have guidelines), and we are supposed to use GPS technology to identify our ten listening locations. Think we can do that?
We have Route #12 for Adams County, so we can't use a hot spot for certain frogs that we know of in Sauk County near the roundabouts... |

You can google DNR WFTS or Wisconsin Frog and Toad Survey. Notice that is it is NOT the Wisconsin Toad and Frog Survey! |

They had a retirement cake at work today for a guy. Tons of dark blue frosting on top. I chuckled and a coworker wanted to know what was up. I told them they would know tomorrow and they don't believe me. We shall see. |

There were cupcakes in the teachers lounge today. There was yellow frosting, pink frosting, and yes, blue frosting. I had the nachos. |

Just spent 20 minutes reading product reviews on Amazon.com for the Hutzler 571B Banana Slicer. Possibly some of the best humor written this year. |

We are now official beta-testers of Cheezehead's Secret Weapon. Ooooooo! Nice!!!!!! Slick!!!!!!!
It might slice a banana, though we've not yet tried that, but pretty sure it will be effective for removing those pesky seeds!
Anyway, it does provide a quantum leap in geocaching efficiency! Ooooooo! Nice!!!!!! Slick!!!!!!!
It is proprietary, and not sure it will be shared via patent (nice for those skilled in the art), or held tightly as a Trade Secret. Oh yes; we had to sign a waiver and can not talk about it (or did we just do that? Ohhhhhh fudge....................... ) |
