Devil's Lake State Park.

A cacher (KCSearcher) from California is making two business trips to Madison over the next month. He contacted me to seek advise on good areas to cache. Beside our upcoming 6 states in a day road trip, we are planning an outing to the state park on April 13th. We will be meeting in the parking lot at the Park Headquarters at 8:00am and then head out from there.

Anyone is welcome to come out to join us and show Ken some good Wisconsin caching hospitality. I have created an FB event in the Wild Bunch Geocachers group.

We have a few good caches in the park and would love to meet and hike with you, but.......We'll be at MOGA on April 6th on our way to the Ozarks of Arkansas, so have a great time. Hope some of the snow is gone by then.

Spent this past w/e with Ken on a six state run, but more about that in a bragging thread. Smile

We spoke a little about this outing and he is looking forward to chatting and picking some brains for info. I am hoping that we can add a few more to the group before we head out on the 13th.

Cool to have some CO's along. Saves making those PAF calls! Smile

Glad that you folks will try to make it. Looks like it may be a good day with the weather. Partly sunny with slight chance of light showers late. High of 52.
