Looks like we'll be having whatever's on the table at my in-laws. At the moment, SuperBowl stuff is not a big priority in our lives, although I'm sure the commercials will provide some much needed laughs.

Having a big salad! What's in the salad I haven't decided yet. But I am sure there will be a cpl beers in the mix!

Probably snack type food.

A. Bacon wrapped water chestnuts in BBQ sauce
B. Swedish Meatballs
c. Carrots (need something healthy)
D. Sioux City Sarsparilla (The King of Root Beers)

I was just going to have apps, since it is just me tonight, but now I've decided to have:

Crab-stuffed jalapeno poppers, shrimp scampi, Door County cherry pork tenderloin, Belgian frites with spicy mayo, sauteed broccoli with bacon, and bourbon baked apple
