We all went in at a pretty good pace. I don't know about the rest, but I was going a little slower on the return trip. Of course, this was my 9th Expedition out here! |

next Saturday is the LCG event. The escort service may be closed that day.
Not making it today either so a Take 2 sounds like a nice plan. |
Had to miss today also, I would like to be in on "Take 2" |

We got done ahead of schedule, so the hot chocolate wasn't quite ready. It tasted good, but looked a bit different. Sloughfoot provided some venison sausage and turkey jerky. Not sure that the crew that hit Pizza Ranch was very hungry, though. WA got the wet leg; jjcool got the wet foot while running to catch up to us. A few fox and rabbit tracks, plus one spot where a deer herd ran through near the end.
I think the 2 hunters that were scoping out the area were the most interesting! They said they never see anyone out here, and a posse of 12 dudes goes sauntering through the area!
There were no labrat sightings today.
Watch the logs for pix. And jjcool escorted me out of there! |

I won't tell anyone you fell through! No one will need to know! |

I have photographic proof of the bad step.
Too tired tonight, the logging will wait until morning.[/img] |

The jerky is venison also not turkey. Enjoy the remains of the bag. |
