It was Zoesbrother breaking trail and when we left The Wet Maze GZ he took off across the marsh to another cache located off to the north. We couldn't even see him moving through the cat tails. In the summer you wouldn't be as high up in the air due to your butt being in 3' of mud. |

Will this be just as "level" if I do it in warmer temps? |
The wet maze - only if you can walk on water...
Don't know about the expedition. The maze was a fairly easy walk I think it was ZB breaking trail for us a couple years ago wasn't it? Being one of the last of what 15 or so, the trail was pretty well compacted for me |
Yup that was me. On the way back I took a deer trail headed towards another cache and disappeared from view for a while. |

I remember that my wife and I started out with the group using snowshoes but ditched them once we hit the island and carried them back. |

School Rd., correct? There's a Church at the intersection on School and Town Hall.
We only have about 1 1/2 inches of new craphas here so the road may still be good. If not, I know a shuttle service.

Church? I thought we were starting on School Rd.
Might be a good idea to post a starting spot so nobody (me) gets left behind. |

What do all those little numbers mean? (Couldn't resist.)
Have fun, all, and stay safe! |

I'll trust your #s, WA!
There is a church on the corner of Town Hall Rd. and School Rd.. We used the lot 3 years ago, but we should be able to use the Parking Areas at the east end of School Rd. There's room for about 60 cars there, so we can use the church lot as the "overflow parking". |

We had given this one some thought, but sadly will be attending the funeral for a friend tomorrow. We might allow ourselves a little River Road caching after that. Have fun, everyone! |
