Please understand that this note is not intended for anyone in particular and also note that I understand that mistakes happen. We have recently seen some LCG reports where the player did not post a log to the cache page. This defeats the purpose of the game, which is to make maintenance easier on these caches which are rarely found. This is especially important for DNFs and revisits where the cache is missing or in need of maintenance, so that the cache owner is notified of the problem. Note that you don't need to write a book in your log, just a sentence or two indicating the condition. If you are in a group when you look for a lonely cache, please don't assume that your teammate's log is "enough". An owner might ignore one DNF, but two or three will have more impact.
