There are two geocaches that requires participation by both a Wisconsin cacher and a cacher in Devon, UK, called the Wisconsin/Devon Exchange Cache, GC3MV5T and Devon/Wisconsin Exchange, GC3MZ3C.
These caches requires a cacher in the UK to find the first stage of the cache on Dartmoor, and a cacher in Wisconsin to find the equivalent cache there. Each cache gives the information for the next stage. Once the final cache has been signed, BOTH cachers get to log the find in the other's country.
So this is a way to find a cache in the UK (for you guys) and one in the States (for us).
I have already found the counterpart on Dartmoor; would anyone like to be my 'partner in crime' for this cache?

I saw this cache request before by someone, but forgot whee it is located. I seem to remember that it is up towards LaCrosse. Maybe we could form another team from Madison and take this on.

There are several caches in that same forest and it's really one of those hidden gems. We already did a couple exchanges with folks (Pooh's Pal did a swap riding on Bampa's shoulders), but it's a lovely destination. Not a power destination, but one of our favorite spots in the whole Coulee Region.

What is ironic about the Dartmoor cache is the fact that I'm fairly certain we passed very close to it in 1980....hiking the moors on our honeymoon!

We are two teams doing this cache together (The Hamian Explorers and Windrush), so we could team up with two teams from your way.
Would you like to go for it?

Is anybody interested in joining us for these two caches? The chance to work together with us strangers across the waters, find a cache in the United Kingdom as well as one local(ish) to you, and the good feeling of having done a more complicated cache?
