Something Arcade. She said she was trying to download Flappy Bird? I clicked on one of the ads to see who was sponsoring it to try to isolate the cause of the issue, when I found a strange program installed.

Good Luck.

I saw something about fake flappy bird downloads that load malware. Looks like that is the one you got.

It'll be gone faster than you think. I've built it right in the drainage path of the back yard so when it warms up I'll be taking it down.

Am I the only one seeing certain words being changed to advertising links?

Boysenberries

Just checking.

On the WGA website?

Yes and many more.

It was a program that would change words into advertising links. Example in one post it said "Job Search" Job search was changed to a link to a job search website. "Coca-Cola" turned into a link to coke.

It was the third site she tried to download. The other two were blocked by my antivirus. This one was clean, but came with a bunch of advertising software. At least, she was smart enough not to overide the antivirus software. I would have been a bit more angry.

Just skipped 8 pages of useless drivel reading and went right to the last page. Hopefully there was nothing useful in the prior 8 pages and if so, someone please let me know.

Off to Fox Cities Stadium for day 3 of our conference. What an interesting venue for a meeting. The geek in me thinks it's pretty cool to see our company name and team on the big screen even though the entire field is covered in snow.

Glad I didn't stay up for it... not as good or nearly as long as the other one, but still neat.

Hopefully, you caught ZB's three minutes of fame from the night before...

Posting from work .. should be writing lesson plans or grading papers. Instead I am catching up on the useless drivel.
