One contractor fired, another hired. Unfortunately, he can't start until Monday. But, he came during his lunch break of another job. Added Bonus: he is a new tenant in another building willing to do the work for rent credit  |

I missed The Squirrel!  That's what I get for stepping away from the computer for an hour and a half to walk over two miles in the biting wind to take a healthier approach to running a few errands.  |
