Heard the "replaced" Chinese place is better than the old. |

I really like the keen sandals. I scored a replacement pair for my 4-year-old pair at island outfitters in Florida for half MSRP...score. I have flipper feet too. I have been unable to find Keen hikers that will fit right.
Bucky is laying one on the Illini.
I am prepping for football. The in-laws came over last Saturday and they were victorious, so they are on the way. I don't want to jinx it. Stick with the ritual if it works
Bought a new phone today. I decided that a stupid phone will meet my needs. I can't bring myself to pay for a smart one....yet. |

Trying to keep your number of posts to a bare minimum, BBG?
Congrats on the stupid phone! At least it's a phone. |

I think I am going crazy. I can't see Cheezy statement, but I "quoted" it and it was there.
Twilight Zone stuff going on here. |

Forget Keens if you have a wide foot, CJ. Mr. S is EEE or something like that, and they only come in D, or at least for the styles he was looking at. No Keens for him.
BTW, REI has Keens, too. |
NOT TRUE!!
I have a wide foot also, have always have had some sort of foot problem my whole life. I have not had any problems since I started wearing Keens.
The Keens I have, have a wide toe box. I think with any boot/shoe you need to try them on. I also bought a pair of these in a size 12.http://www.zappos.com/keen-summit-county-ii-black-dark-shadow I normally do 11.5. Almost too wide, but only wearing one pair of socks in them now cuz of the mild temp. I bought them to use with my snowshoes. I asked a fellow geocacher friend about them and said that he loved his.
I did order mine from Zappos.com Great customer service!! When I ordered my hiking boots, I payed $128, I got them the next day, they had them for $108. A simple call and the refunded the difference. I wore them once. took a about a 2 mile hike down the road. Next morning, I went to put them back on and noticed that one of the eye hooks had ripped out. Called Zappos, they sent me a new pair no questions asked and to send the other pair back at my convenience.
BTW, I did order 11.5 cuz they were out of 12 and the 11.5 fit great.
I also have these and love them! http://www.zappos.com/keen-targhee-ii-mid-dark-earth-neutral-grayhave a pair of these but have not had a chance to wear them much. http://www.zappos.com/keen-voyageur-shitake-bombay-brown
But ya, Keens are GREAT!
And my first pair of Keens were also sandals. I wasn't much of a sandal guy that changed when I got them. I love to toe cap! |
