Elections for the WGA Board of Directores will be held in January. Nominations will be opening soon. Now is the time to think about who you would like to nominate. Any WGA member who is 21 or older and has been an active geocacher for more than six months is eligible.
Watch the forums or the front page of the website for more information on nominations and voting. |

I think there is a video floating around that might be a problem for The Squirrel should he choose to run... |

I think he has winter home in Texas, so he can keep his nutz warm. But resides in Wisconsin. |

REMINDER: Nominations will begin soon. Give it some thought and nominate whomever you feel would be a good director for the WGA. |

Nominations have begun!
Thanks Will.
Nominations are now open for WGA Board of Directors. Nominations will be taken until January 27th. Two nominations are required for a member to be on the voting ballot. If you nominate someone and their name doesn't show up on the list, they may not have accepted the nomination.
You are not allowed to nominate yourself, but if you think you have what it takes, by all means ask somone to nominate you.
The Candidates' Corner will be opening shortly. Start thinking of some tough questions for the candidates.
Election administrators for the 2013 WGA BOD elections are Pete Quella (labrat_wr) and Brian Kling (Team Black-Cat). If you have any questions about the nomination and election process, PM either one of us or send an email to ElectionAdmin<at>wi-geocaching.com.

And are any of these current members interested in serving again? |

I can only speak for myself, but I have enjoyed serving on the board for the last 2 years. If nominated, I would love to continue to serve on the BOD again. |
