no, he isn't frozen, but stuck under the ice for months.

I was at the Bruce Purdy preserve north of Appleton, went to look at the pond and found this. Crazy

lol sandlanders I was thinking that too. Muggle B breaks through and lands ontop of the turtle lol that would be bad real bad.
