Mission Details

The cache Pickin Through the Past: Smoke on the Water needs some maintenance work. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to:

• Go to the coordinates listed for this cache
• Perform the maintenance work the owner has requested. The details of what needs to be done should be listed in the mission notes section below.
• Report on the action you have taken and get credit for your work by filing a mission report here and by posting a note on the geocaching.com cache page.

Mission Notes

Cache was a mag keyholder attached to a piece of pier, originally it was a match stick in the pipe trick on the sign but that went missing more often. The pier may have moved as well. There is a bench down the trail a bit and some brush/tree's nearby as well that could be alternative location. This is supposed to be a micro cache so people post more online. Take your pick of nano/micro containers and post the new coords. Willing to reimburse container costs for whomever takes the mission.
