Mission Notes "Clue stage" is at N 43° 47.103 W 087° 44.008. Final is at N 43° 47.132 W 087° 43.802 and likely missing. Note that a new cache is in place near stage one, so please be careful to only remove the old waypoint, not the new cache. Mission History

Was Cache Container Present: No, no pieces of the cache were found
WP1: This is essentially at the same spot, at the same tree, and using the exact same type of cache container as described for the new cache at these coordinates, GC1R4N6. Also, several parts of the description of both caches are exactly the same. Perhaps the owners of the archived cache and the new cache are part of the same "team?"
WP2: This could not be found.
Final: Brought along the knee boots, which were about 1/2 inch too short! Waded to the island and spent quite a bit of time trying to find the final. Could not find it, and I suspect it has been removed. |
