Cache Rescue Mission CR1209
The cache DocScott's Folly has been archived. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to:
- Go to the coordinates listed for this cache
- Verify that the cache container no longer exists at this location.
- If the cache container does exist, take it with you and properly dispose of it. This includes any pieces of a damaged cache, and all intermediate waypoints of a multicache.
- Report on the action you have taken and get credit for your work by filing a mission report here and by posting a note on the geocaching.com cache page.
Final (most likely missing) is at N 43° 41.290 W 087° 42.683

Cache Verified As Being Removed: Yes
Was Cache Container Present: Yes, some pieces of the cache container were found
WP1 was found and removed.
Proceeded to the final coordinates which showed evidice of recent and substantial flooding with recent melts and rains. Found a geobeacon at ground zero that met the clue precisely, but no cache was found. Expanded the search area but could find no cache. Based on the type of hidey-hole at GZ I would chalk this one up to either critters or the water.
