Perhaps this is more informational, but each year I receive paperwork from the State of Wisconsin that is due at the end of September.
It is officially called the 3rd quarter WI Nonstock Corporation Annual Report. With this form, I submit the names of our current Board of Directors. This is a required report, if I do not file it, the state will dissolve the WGA.
There is a $10 filing fee that I will also submit.
