Whereas the original intention of the Board of Directors was to have the Geocoin Committee make the final selection in geocoin design for 2012; whereas we have received 9 designs by the due date, whereas there are several good designs to choose from, whereas there is a high degree of interest in which design is selected, and whereas the Board would like to make it possible for all interested members of the WGA to be involved in the selection process.
Be it resolved, that the geocoin committee select the top 3 designs as quickly as possible by a voting process within the geocoin committee. Be it further resolved that the general membership have the opportunity to vote for their choice of design, selecting from the 3 designs that are selected as finalists by the geocoin committee.
