Whereas included in the rental agreement for the Horicon Marsh International Education Center was a provision that the Friends of Horicon Marsh Group receives 10% of the merchandise sales,
and whereas we sold a total of $324 of merchandise at the Winter event for a 10% value of $32.40
and whereas the HMIEC staff accomodated the WGA BOD and members well by providing wood for the bonfire as well as opening and volunteering to staff the center early,
the motion is put forward to donate an additional $17.60
to the $32.40 for a total payment to the friends group of $50. Votes/Actions
