On a different note…I may have reached the pinnacle of my yoga assisting career.  Today I was assisting a former Green Bay Packer with a Super Bowl ring.  Nice guy, too.  I thought the name and face seemed familiar.  Had to google.

BTW, no Superbowl ring on his hand today.  But Trekkin’ is gonna be so jealous when he hears this!

While working in the back yard this afternoon I noticed two wood ticks on a box of parts beside me. I ignored them for a while but then decided to test the permethrin treatment on my jeans.

I picked each of them up and put them on my pant leg. I didn’t see where they went but they didn’t stick around.
