        The cacher wrote back and apologized.  Trekkin’ followed up with some info for beginners.

        And we just got home from an awesome concert in Viroqua.  Liz Carroll, All Ireland champion fiddler. And here Trekkin’ and I were thinking we were getting so good with banjo and dulcimer.  *eye roll*

            Met: Motair, Bufford, PacMan, dlkitch, G&JinKF for the first time. We all had good stuff to say about HP2. Swapped stories and they all think caching in WI winter is crazy. Learned more about Ingress.
            Told them about the LCG and cache rescue. Across the board they think it is an amazing thing to do. Areas of Oregon and Washington have strong anti-caching sentiment because of things being left behind all over.
            Overall a great time!

            My wife agrees that I could spend all day everyday with Motair and Bufford.

            After the event we drove to Bend. Left at 11:30 got home at 7 with a little walk in the middle. Got the Volt! Runs like new. Dropped off the Tahoe for tires and routine work. One more week with one vehicle.
            Need to get the Tahoe worked on because wife and kids are going to head back to WI next month to be with my wife’s grandma because she isn’t doing well.

                How frustrating!  I once received a log that just said “lame”.  And the crazy part was, it was right next to a spring that is just so amazingly beautiful, how could anyone think that place was lame?!  Some people are inconsiderate and find no fun in anything and there is probably nothing we can do about it.

                          My daughter has moved out for good.  Starts her real life job tomorrow.  It’s a sad day for me.  Yup…I cried.

                                  :ftp: No parks with ticks.  Avoid even areas where they might be.  They creep me out!
